Refund policy

7 Day Notice for Reschedule / Cancellation Policy applies. When making a booking for your Photo Shoot we require 7 days notice if you need to Reschedule or Cancel your Photo Shoot otherwise the $50 booking security fee or $395 service fee will be forfeited and a $95 Cancellation fee may also apply. No refund for change of mind.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on items once the order has been placed with our suppliers. If the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival we will do our absolute best to make good or replace the faulty/damaged product.
